Clever Fruit Products will join the Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) Program 2023 AgriTech Accelerator hosted by The Canadian Trade Commissioners Service in Mexico City. Clever will look to bring its proprietary Fermentation Technology Platform to Mexico and seek partners in their Fruit Capitals, with primary interest in Jalisco and Colima.

It is an attractive source of polyphenol rich superfruit including the blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and avocado. All of these superfruit are historically recognized human health benefits. We look forward to adding the potency and the bioavailability that comes from fermentation as well as finding specific health needs we can pursue deeper through scientific research.”, said Mona Power, Chief Corporate Development Officer for Clever.
Clever was selected along with 14 other Canadian companies to participate in the 14-week program focused on introducing Canadian agricultural products and technologies to the Mexican market.
