EXECUTIVE CHAIR
Sean Sears is a veteran executive having spent 11-years with Accenture and worked on numerous start-up innovation projects since 1995, with 3 exits; including a $23m technology company exit. He has spent +9 years creating healthier products by leveraging natural ingredients and fermentation processes.
GERARD WADDEN
HEAD OF FINANCE & MANUFACTURING
Gerard Wadden spent 5-years at ImmunoVaccine (now “IMV Inc. – Nasdaq: IMV”) as Controller and Research Funding Coordinator and has 20 years investing in start-up companies, including their funding strategies, raising capital and managing company’s spend programs. Wadden acts as the company’s VP of Finance.
TREASA PAULEY
HEAD OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS
Treasa Pauley has two decades of food system value chain experience from primary production to post harvest physiology and the intricacies of food processing and marketing. Throughout her work she has gained experience on almost all levels of the Treasa is trained in multiple food safety schemes, is a certified PCQI for US market providers and has over 15 years of experience in the development and maintenance of food safety programs both on-farm and at HACCP approved processing facilities. Treasa has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Science in Plant Physiology.
