The problem with polyphenol enabled natural products is that very little of the goodness is available for the body, one macro study suggests it is less than 0.01%. Initial results of our trials demonstrate that our fermentations could significantly enhance the health impacts of fruit. Our product strategy is to focus on the world’s leading superfruits for their richer more complex polyphenol profiles to develop health aiding solutions.
